The Wave Film Society meets on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm. Members can join together for a pre-film coffee from 7.00pm in the d@rt foyer and after the film for an informal discussion.
Membership is £40 per year for 10 films (excluding August and December).
A monthly newsletter is sent either via email or post with choices for forthcoming films. The film society is currently only available to members over 18 years, a childrens version coming soon.
Films shown already include- Atonement, The Kite Runner, Becoming Jane.
Childrens films will be shown in the Summer holidays on Wednesday afternoons from 3.30pm. Films include The Incredibles, A Bugs Life, Bedknobs and Broomsticks and Shrek 2. For more details contact the d@rt office on 01489 779471.
