HIRE CHARGES

REHEARSAL ROOM - £12 per hour
RECORDING STUDIO
- Solo / duo £12 per hour
- Band £15 per hour
- Large Band (6 piece +) £18 per hour (£68)
These prices include one of our qualified sound technicians who will be on hand for tech support.
Mixing and mastering - After recording we can either burn the complete pro tools sessions onto disk for you to take away and mix or, for a fee, we will mix and master your tracks in house, providing you with a finished audio CD. You do not necessarily need to be here whilst your tracks are being mixed so the cost will be agreed with you before any mixing is begun. Our rates therefore are negotiable and the following should be used as a guide only.
Solo / duo - £12 per hour
Band - £15 per hour
Large Band ( 6 piece+ ) - £18 per hour
Cancellation fee - Less than two weeks notice will incur charges of 50% of the hire fee.
Deposit - A deposit of £50 will be required prior to booking date and will be held against breakages / damage to property or the room being left in an unclean state.
