Arts Centre Assistant â 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, worked over a two week alternating shift pattern including alternate Saturdays, please see the Job Description for the shift pattern. Flexibility may be required for the operational needs of the d.@rt centre. Grade C â Step 1 Â£19,265 plus 12% shift enhancement and 24 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The d.@rt Centre is looking for an experienced Arts Centre Assistant to work in a small but energetic Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in the Arts and keen to be involved in a range of different projects within a thriving centre. The d.@rt Centre is located at the heart of the community of Hedge End, West End and Botley and surrounding areas. The Centre is a busy hub of activity with the potential to grow further. We have a full arts programme across a range of disciplines and The d.@rt Centre boasts purpose built auditoriums, music suites, practice rooms, recording studios, a dance studio and The Berry Theatre (a 306 seater professional theatre) right next door. The d.@rt Centre has a broad network locally, nationally and internationally.
The successful candidate will work with the Arts Centre Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering a varied arts programme to different age groups. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and the ability to think on their feet along with a passion for the arts and a desire to work in a stimulating organisation.
