Director of Progress and Achievement (Head of Year) - TLR 1b - £10,203

We are seeking to appoint a new Director of Progress and Achievement, whilst the post is from September 2022 there may be an opportunity for an Easter start.

The successful applicant will join an extremely dedicated and creative pastoral team who make valuable contributions to whole school development and the continual improvement of our school.

We are part of the Wildern Academy Trust which comprises of Wildern School and Boorley Park Primary School with Deer Park School (a further 7-form entry secondary school) opening in September 2021. Wildern School has been judged by Ofsted as an “Outstanding” school for the past three inspections and we are determined to remain that way.
