37 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.45pm Friday, term time only (40 Weeks). Grade D – Step 1 FTE £23,703, Actual Annual Salary £18,233.04.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and approachable Inclusion Manager to join a very successful behavioural team. In this role you will coordinate and support school strategies for vulnerable children. You will also work with the Pastoral Team & Deputy Head to address the needs of children who need support to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside School in order to achieve their full potential.
You will have very good interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with students, staff and parents on a day to day basis.
