SWIMMING INSTRUCTORS – Casual
September 2025

You will be a fully qualified swim teacher who will help and support in the delivery of our learn to swim programme. You will be required to teach swimmers of all ages and ability within the Wildern Swim School. We currently have the following casual shifts available from September 2025;

- Monday 3.30pm - 6.00pm
- Wednesday 3.45pm - 6:45pm
- Friday 4.00pm -6.00pm

Casual rate of £16.00 p/h (ASA Level 1 or STA Level 2) and £20.00 p/h (ASA Level 2 or STA Level 3). Both of these pay rates include holiday pay. Please note all our Instructors are paid via our payroll.

Located in the centre of Hedge End, Wildern Leisure Centre was originally opened in September 1979 and has been helping the local community keep active ever since.

The Leisure Centre is on the Wildern School site, a short walk from Hedge End Village, with nearby bus stops, only five minutes from the M27 and a twenty minute walk from the train station.
